Scope
Our general terms and conditions apply to shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany.
Replacement delivery
Should the goods you ordered not be delivered and a purchase agreement with you has not yet been concluded, we reserve the right to offer you a replacement of equivalent price and quality. You are, of course, free to accept this offer. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Submit order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt and acceptance of your order will be sent via automated email immediately after submission. This email confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.

Return costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the regular return shipping costs if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the returned item does not exceed 40 euros, or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you.
Cancellation policy
You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the item is handed over to you before the expiry of the deadline - by returning the item.
Start of the cancellation period: The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paras. 1 and 2 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code). To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the item in a timely manner.

In the event of an effective cancellation, both parties must return the services received and surrender any benefits derived (e.g., interest). If you are unable to return the service received in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection – as would have been possible for you in a store, for example. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for deterioration resulting from the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your own property and refraining from anything that could impair their value. Goods that can be sent by parcel must be returned at our risk.

Articles with the logo “POLISHANGEL”, POLISHANGEL ANGEL, outlines, the word “POLISHANGEL” (patent no. 302010039265) or the use of the LOGOS in any context (on T-shirts, seat cushions, flags, etc.) is only permitted with the express written permission of POLISHANGEL GmbH.

Our online remarketing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland is limited exclusively to the official sales platform www.polishangel.net. Marketing our products in auction houses or online shops is not permitted due to exclusivity and quality concerns.
